Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP)
The NSNP allows Nova Scotia to nominate individuals for permanent residence based on the province’s labour market and economic needs. I work with both employers and applicants across the various NSNP streams, including skilled worker stream, occupation-specific categories, and Nova Scotia Experience: Express Entry. I’ll assess your eligibility, prepare your application, and manage the nomination process from start to finish.
Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) & Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA)
Both of these pathways are employer-driven — the process must be initiated by the employer, not the candidate, and each exists to help Nova Scotia and Atlantic Canadian businesses fill roles they haven’t been able to fill locally.
The AIP offers a pathway to permanent residence for the foreign worker once an employer has extended a genuine job offer. I assist employers with designation and endorsement requirements, and guide candidates through the application process — including confirming requirements are met and preparing the necessary documentation.
The LMIA, issued by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), confirms no Canadian worker is available to fill the role before a foreign worker can be hired under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program. I don’t provide recruitment services — my role is to ensure the requirements of the TFW program are fully and properly met, from documentation through submission, so the application is built correctly from the start.
Express Entry
Express Entry manages applications for several federal economic immigration programs, including the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program, and Canadian Experience Class. I help you build a strong profile, understand your Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, and respond effectively if you receive an Invitation to Apply.
Spousal and Common-Law Sponsorship
Reuniting with a spouse or partner shouldn’t be more complicated than it has to be. I guide sponsors and applicants through the inland or outland sponsorship process, help you assemble a complete and credible application, and support you through to a decision.
