Express Entry

Express Entry is not a separate program, but an online service – a database of qualified candidates. To register in Express Entry, you must meet a number of requirements and collect a passing score that allows you to place your profile. The system calculates the amount of points based on your language level (in Canada it is always English and / or French), specialty, work experience, education, age and presence of connections with Canada (family, relatives), financial capabilities.

If you gain a sufficient score, you have a path to three federal programs:

• Federal Skilled Worker Program – Skilled Worker Program
• Federal Skilled Trades Program – Blue-collar Trades Program
• Canadian Experience Class – A program for professionals with work experience in Canada.

Express Entry is one of the ways to obtain Permanent Resident status in Canada.
